Queenscliff on the Heads of Port Phillip bay is a historic town about 20 minutes from the heart of Geelong. It has a wealth of grand hotels and guest houses and is popular all through the year for day trippers and holiday makers.

Geelong is the gateway to the Great Ocean Road, one of the worlds most spectacular coastal drives.

The world famous surfing beaches of Torquay and Bells Beach are under half an hour from the centre of Geelong. Bells beach is home to the Bells Beach Surf Classic every Easter when the worlds best surfers compete.

There are now more than 100 of these beautiful whimsical bollards around Geelong’s beautiful waterfront. They were designed by local artist Jan Mitchell who built them from old pier uprights.

The Geelong Waterfront is home to many restaurants many with an emphasis on fine dining and fresh seafood.

Cunningham Pier and Steampacket harbour are the centerpieces of the recent waterfront redevelopment.
