Perth Zoo

The Perth Zoo is one of the more unique zoo’s in Australia, replicating many of the major habitats around the world. There are plenty of Australian animals to see, including the Quokka. The Penguin Plunge or Reptile Encounter. There are plenty of up close encounters to experience and there are talks and animal feeds to view.

Swan Bells

This attraction is one of the more unusual you will find anywhere in the world. The Swan Bells is actually one of the world’s largest musical instruments. The 82.5 meter tower was built for Western Australia’s Millennium Project. Situated on the Barrack St. Jetty, overlooking the Swan River, the tower houses twelve bells of St. Martin-in-the-Fields from the 14th Century which were recast in the 16th Century by Queen Elizabeth I.

Crown Perth Casino

Located in Burswood, on the banks of the scenic Swan River, surrounded by 100 hectares of superbly landscaped gardens and park lands, is the Crown Perth Casino. The casino features 24 hour excitement, with nine restaurants and six bars, a luxury 1196 room hotel, a multi functional Convention Centre, the Crown Theatre and a grand ballroom.

The Submarine Ovens

This huge submarine is located in Fremantle at Victoria Quay and is one of the very few chances to get up close to such a vessel. Tours are available to explore the submarine.

Maritime Museum

One of the newer attraction’s in Fremantle, the maritime museum is a spectacular showcase of everything nautical. There are a wealth of watercraft to see and learn about. The museum’s no 1 attraction is Australia II the American Cup winning yacht
